By accessing and using CertDash ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
When you create an account with CertDash, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account information. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. CertDash reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.
CertDash offers subscription plans on a recurring basis. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the selected plan. Billing occurs on the date you sign up and on the corresponding day of each subsequent month (or year). You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice. We reserve the right to modify subscription terms and features at any time.
All content on CertDash, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of CertDash or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. You retain ownership of any content you upload, but grant CertDash a royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use such content for the purpose of providing the Service. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or transmit any content without our explicit written permission.
You agree not to use CertDash for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Service. Specifically, you agree not to: (a) engage in illegal activity; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access; (c) transmit viruses or malware; (d) spam or engage in abusive behavior; (e) reverse engineer or attempt to derive source code; (f) use the Service for commercial purposes without authorization; (g) remove or obscure any proprietary notices; or (h) interfere with the normal operation of the Service.
In no event shall CertDash, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data loss, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the past twelve months.
CertDash reserves the right to terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware.
